This concrete, five story court is located Nicosia and it is composed of a pilotis and four upper stories, which accommodate luxurious flats. Hidden beams were utilized for the adequate support of the cantilevers and of the sizable in plan, interior slabs, so as not to degrade the architectural aesthetic of the building.
