This office building is going to be constructed in the center of Nicosia. It accommodates a two level underground parking area and an eight story superstructure. Steel column piles and ground anchorage tendon systems were applied for the temporary support of the substructure. The superstructure’s gravitational load system is composed of four circular concrete columns. The perimeter beams are spanning distances of 11 m and they are supporting waffle slabs (zoellner).
