Two identically same apartment buildings were constructed in Engomi, Nicosia. Each building entity is architecturally arranged around an atrium. They comprise a pilotis used as parking space and three upper stories, of 550 m2 each, while the roof area is used as a roof garden. The architectural constraint of flat ceilings made mandatory the implementation of shallow and inverted beams, while some common use corridors were fabricated with steel sections.
