This mixed-use building is located in Engomi, Nicosia. The load bearing structure was constructed with reinforced concrete. It consists of a single level basement, which is used as a parking area, while the superstructure is composed of the ground floor with mezzanine and three upper stories that are used either as office areas or as residential apartments. Particular attention has been paid in the design of the floor and mezzanine slabs, in order to mitigate their excessive vibration, due to the gym activities.
