Residence in Archangelos

This high-end residence comprises a basement, two upper stories and a swimming pool. The structure is fabricated with reinforced concrete. It is characterized by long spans and specifically there are some beam spans reaching up to 12 m and slab cantilevers up to 4 m. The torsional response of the structure, resulting from its plan and elevation irregularities, was mitigated through thorough dimensioning and positioning of the vertical elements, which consist the lateral load resisting system.
